Merry Christmas!

The 2nd half of December was busy, busy, busy. It started with our Wacky Tacky Youth Party.

An 11th Anniversary trip to Biltmore Estate.
Lots of family time!
And a BFF road trip to DC.
Looking back I am very thankful for our most "normal" year since Mama died. Each holiday produced less of a sting and I only cried once. (I was smart and kept the Frosty book packed away this time!) We have battled constant sickness in our little family, but praising the Lord none of it was serious or the flu. God has led us through stressful times, the expected ups and downs of raising children and working in His ministry. Looking forward to what 2015 has in store for the Bennetts!

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
His love endures forever.
Give thanks to the God of gods.
His love endures forever.
Give thanks to the Lord of lords:
His love endures forever.
to him who alone does great wonders,
His love endures forever.
who by his understanding made the heavens,
His love endures forever.
who spread out the earth upon the waters,
His love endures forever.
who made the great lights—
His love endures forever.
the sun to govern the day,
His love endures forever.
the moon and stars to govern the night;
His love endures forever." Psalm 136:1-9
