We Didn't Start the Fire
Isn't this crazy? We passed this burning truck on our way to GA late Weds night. Of course Josh woke me up, pulled over and insisted we take a picture. I must admit, it makes for great blog material.
Our True Love Waits Rally went VERY well! Several students made public commitments to remain abstinent until marriage and God's Word was presented in a powerful way.
Here is my mom right before her ICD implant surgery. She did great and we're back at her house as she heals and bosses me around. :o) 
And last, but not least, the final verdict is in for the Bennett family. We are not being called to the position at Grace Community Church. We know the Lord's will is better than what we can imagine, and we definitely don't want to pursue anything without His blessing. It wasn't a total rejection, both us and the church had been struggling because everything seemed GREAT, but there just wasn't a peace. We know God has great plans and He will unfold them in His infinite wisdom and we look forward to what the future holds!
We will be moving into Josh's mom's basement in Cumming, GA at the end of this month. If anyone has a connection for any jobs in that area, please let us know! We plan to work, save up some dough, travel on the weekends and continue the great ministry job hunt....

Girl-we will be praying for this next step and are glad that yall have enough direction as to know to go forward with the upcoming plans-God has the PERFECT plans and THE perfect timing for the PERFECT ministry opportunity-rest in Him, as I know yall are. We will miss yall up here, though! Come see Abby once she's born this week!
